Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/hotels is required.
• Diploma in hotel management or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong guest service and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
• Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
• Support development and implementation of service and procedures.
• Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve guest experience.
• Maximise business potential through excellent service and sales awareness.
• Build relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel guidelines and seamless guest relations.
