Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Digital Samples Coordinator to orchestrate the delivery of product imagery that defines our online luxury experience. You will lead the Digital Samples team, coordinate shoots, and manage the lifecycle of digital samples to ensure brand-aligned visuals.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will schedule shoots, oversee quality controls, and manage calendars on Flo. The role supports seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and runway content, with operations spanning London

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion studio.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal skills and initiative to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product imagery shoots across assigned categories, aligning with seasonal priorities and brand objectives.
• Manage daily shoot operations and sample logistics, ensuring efficient movement and tracking of products.
• Collaborate in weekly planning meetings to optimize studio setup and resource allocation.
• Administer the shoot calendar on Flo platform with up-to-date scheduling and communication.
• Develop and refine workflows with Showroom, Photo Studio, Product Development and Merchandising for season-on-season efficiency.
• Oversee reshoot planning and quality control to preserve content integrity.
