We are seeking a creative, energetic, and strategic Digital & Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, drive engagement, and build a strong brand community.
Role Overview
The Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital marketing and social media strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury or fine jewellery sector.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, and in-store.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a junior content creator.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and executing in-person events.
- Passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and the luxury market.
- Develop and implement a compelling digital and social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Create innovative, high-quality content across multiple formats (video, graphics, reels, stories, blog posts, etc.).
- Monitor trends, audience insights, and platform updates to optimise content performance.
- Lead influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to expand reach and credibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
- Oversee the creative for paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting and budget management.
- Work closely with the creative and ecom team to develop integrated campaigns.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and industry innovations to keep the brand at the forefront.
- Manage the brand’s online reputation by engaging with the community.
Campaigns & Content
- Working closely with the Creative Director and external creative partners to brief and deliver creative marketing campaigns that resonate with Loquet London’s target audience.
- Coordinate and oversee all photoshoots, including top-line campaigns, pack shots, and video content.
- Manage the Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely preparation and delivery of assets required for e-commerce uploads.
- Develop content strategies for social media, email, and the website, with a focus on storytelling and visual appeal.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Lead all digital marketing efforts with a focus on social media and email campaigns, collaborating closely with the ecommerce manager to plan and execute all online campaigns and promotions.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal and product launch campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital and social media management, preferably within a creative, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and video editing.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Planoly, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to analyse data, measure campaign success, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in influencer marketing, collaborations, and social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning.
- A highly creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
