Job summary

David Harber is seeking a Procurement & Operations Manager to unite design, workshop and commercial functions in Oxfordshire. You will lead procurement, manage suppliers, control stock and support the Sage 200 ERP rollout to improve planning and delivery of bespoke pieces.

The role combines hands-on procurement with opportunities to influence processes, drive efficiency, and develop toward broader operational leadership within a luxury design business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement for luxury or design-led products.
• Strong supplier relationships and cost control.
• Stock, materials and inventory planning.
• Clear communication across creative, commercial and workshop teams.
