Job summary

David Harber in Oxfordshire is seeking a Procurement & Operations Manager to unite materials, suppliers and workshop needs, translating design into finished pieces.

You'll own procurement, stock control and supplier relationships, partnering with the design and workshop teams to ensure quality, timely delivery and efficient operations. This is a hands-on role with scope for process improvements and future progression toward Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, buying and supplier-management experience.
• Experience managing physical materials, stock and inventory.
• Strong planning skills and the ability to coordinate competing priorities.
• Track record of improving processes and making day-to-day operations run more smoothly.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach across creative, commercial and workshop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement, supplier relationships, materials and stock.
• Coordinate with design and workshop teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead stock control and materials planning across projects.
• Implement process improvements and system changes.
• Support Sage 200 ERP adoption and data accuracy.
