The role of Procurement & Operations Manager will coordinate design, workshop, sales and finance with suppliers and specialists to support material sourcing, pricing and lead times, guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery. Opportunity to refine processes and lead Sage 200 ERP adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, buying and supplier-management experience.
• Experience delivering materials and stock planning in a craft/design setting.
• Ability to collaborate across design, workshop and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement across specialist materials and subcontracted services, balancing quality and costs.
• Build dependable supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, terms and lead times.
• Oversee stock, materials planning and inventory accuracy, including logistics coordination.
• Support Health & Safety across the site and ensure smooth handover from design to delivery.
