Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Design & Marketing Executive for a London-based role with a leading super-prime construction company.

You will own design and digital marketing projects, producing high-quality graphics, video content, photography and print materials to strengthen brand and online presence across digital and print channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is essential, with a proactive, collaborative approach a must.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in graphic design, multimedia, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum three years hands-on design or marketing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong graphic design, video editing, photography and retouching skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience in construction, property or premium service environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Asana, AI-powered tools and major digital ads platforms is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Graphic Design: produce brochures, case studies, presentations and digital assets.
• Social Media: create and publish content across platforms.
• Video & Photography: plan shoots and coordinate with photographers.
• Website Management: update blogs, imagery and news for SEO.
• Marketing Analytics: track performance and report insights.
• Events: assist with planning and logistics of company events.
• General Marketing: support team and cross-department projects.
