Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Commercial Manager in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or major construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering high-value, complex schemes from inception to final account.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, financial management and cost control capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial management of a large-scale commercial fit-out and refurbishment project.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to support delivery and business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify value and risk opportunities.
• Administer subcontract accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage change control processes and protect contractual entitlements.
• Collaborate with project and operational teams to align commercial decisions with delivery objectives.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the commercial team.
