Job summary

Seaton House, the newest 5-star luxury resort in St Andrews, is seeking a Concierge to join our front office team. You will set the tone for guests with a warm welcome, provide information on hotel services, and help make each stay special.

You will handle guest requests, use local knowledge to suggest attractions, liaise with other departments, and meet shift patterns across 7 days. Competitive pay is £13.91 per hour for 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide local area information and recommendations.

Responsibilities
