Job summary

Seaton House, a new 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking Bar Attendants to join the team. You will work across the bar, dining areas, wine cellar and terrace to ensure guests receive outstanding service.

You will deliver friendly, efficient service, maintain bar areas, and support with events. Training and development opportunities are available as part of our team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bar areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Bar team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
