Job summary

Soane Britain in the UK seeks a senior Client Services leader to head the function across Furniture & Lighting and Fabrics & Wallpaper. You will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and lead multi-site teams in London and Leicester, ensuring exceptional client experience from enquiry to delivery and aftercare.

The role partners with Client Development, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to build a scalable operating model and oversee systems development including SAP and high-touch

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading customer service or client services teams in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing multi-site teams across London and Leicester.
• Experience with interiors or luxury goods is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvement and change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Zendesk experience beneficial.
• SAP implementation or ERP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Services across Furniture & Lighting and Fabrics & Wallpaper.
• Partner with Client Development, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to deliver a seamless client journey.
