Diesel is seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting relationships with customers in a luxury retail environment. You will master storytelling, understand client desires, and work across departments to maximise sales and provide flawless service.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, CRM initiatives, and maintaining a premium shop floor standard, while proactively contributing to security and brand integrity.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales roles in fashion luxury/retail.
• Strong understanding of luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Responsabilidades

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge
• Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
• Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
