Diesel is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its London Westfield White City flagship, to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, mentor colleagues, manage CRM initiatives, and uphold the brand’s premium service standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, fashion knowledge, and a proactive approach to inspiring daily performance while maintaining Diesel values

• Support colleagues to transform each client experience into dreamlike moments for the client.

• Be a liaison on the sales floor between colleagues and the store manager to drive and achieve targets.
• Mentor the team and proactively offer insights and experiences.
• Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve best sales performance.
• Contribute to development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
• Provide excellent customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Role model best-in-class sales and self-leadership within the team.
