Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint a Hospitality & Client Experience Manager at their signature location. You will own the client journey from welcome to farewell, ensuring every interaction is seamless, discreet and aligned with the brand's high standards.

You will lead a small team of hosts, work with marketing and client services, and curate VIP experiences and private events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering polished, discreet, high-end client service.
• Background in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a polished, discreet and highly personalised client hosting experience.
• Oversee all aspects of in-showroom hospitality.
• Curate memorable experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Plan and execute private events and exclusive client activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints.
• Manage and develop a small team of junior hosts.
• Introduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
