• Oversee all aspects of in-showroom hospitality, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Curate memorable experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Plan and execute private events and exclusive client activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and brand experiences.
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints.
• Manage and develop a small team of junior hosts, leading from the front.
• Introduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients as a trusted brand ambassador.
