Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Client Experience Host in Glasgow to help shape a premium client journey. You will work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure the showroom and VIP spaces are well stocked, welcoming, and aligned with our luxury standards.

You will bring a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves luxury timepieces and creating memorable experiences

Responsibilities

• Maintain all client experience stations stocked and well-presented.
• Assist Sales Consultants in showroom and VIP room to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Represent the Watches of Switzerland brand with confidence and knowledge.

Our Client Experience Hosts are passionate about what they do! A team player with a keen eye for detail you will play a vital role to ensure our clients always receive an exceptional and memorable experience. Focusing on ensuring all client experience stations are well stocked and maintained you will also assist the Sales Consultants within the showroom and VIP room in the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
