Job summary

Hermès Paris is seeking a Client Experience Manager to elevate in-store experiences across the boutique. You will work with Boutique Directors and the Head Office CX team to embed the six guiding values into every client touchpoint, from welcome to farewell.

This role focuses on coaching, culture, and events, ensuring a warm, precise, and human atmosphere that reflects Hermès craftsmanship and generosity. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of leadership experience in luxury

Qualifications

• Proven management experience of at least 3 years.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Hermès Client Culture in-store.
• Define and enhance in-store experience strategy with Boutique Management.
• Oversee hosting and service support teams for seamless client flow.
• Coach and mentor teams to embody Hermès values daily.
• Collaborate with Head Office CX to implement tools and innovations.
