Burberry in London seeks a Luxury Client Experience Specialist who delivers elevated service across phone, email, live chat and social channels. You will build trusted relationships, tailor recommendations and manage high-value client interactions with discretion and empathy.

Fluency in English is required, with German language skills desired. You will work in a luxury environment, align with Burberry’s brand standards and contribute to sales opportunities while safeguarding exceptional client

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class luxury service across phone, email, live chat, social platforms and other approved digital channels.
Create a polished, personalised experience using client preferences and history to tailor recommendations.
Take full ownership of client cases from first contact through to resolution.
Resolve enquiries and complaints with empathy and appropriate urgency.
Collaborate with internal partners to manage escalated or complex cases.
Maintain expert knowledge of Burberry products, collections and aftercare to support client needs.
