Hamberley Care Homes at Cambridge Grove is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure clean laundry and housekeeping across the home, supporting residents and care teams in a luxury setting.

You will clean bedrooms, communal areas and bathrooms, manage laundry, interact with residents, and maintain supplies, reporting shortages as needed. Training and a collaborative team culture are offered at this 5-star inspired home.

Qualifications

• Previous domestic experience in a care home setting.
• Flexible and reliable attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
• Empathy and a desire to make a difference to residents.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the care home are clean, hygienic and well-maintained.
• Handle laundry and linen with care for residents' belongings.
• Interact with residents and offer assistance to help them feel at ease.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
• Work closely with caregivers and staff to support the care plan.
