Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from showroom visitors, online leads, and marketing campaigns.
- Deliver consultative and professional sales experiences to all customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate sales and close deals effectively.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of the luxury vehicle stock.
- Complete all sales administration and compliance paperwork accurately.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
