Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive in motor trade.
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Welsh and English is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate leads.
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach.
• Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as theCar Sales Executive
• Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories.
• Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads.
• Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events.
• Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
