Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join our Covent Garden boutique in London. You will welcome, advise and build trusting relationships with each customer to deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience.

You will contribute to achieving boutique sales targets, demonstrate product knowledge, nurture customer loyalty with personalised follow-up, and help maintain a high standard of presentation and service in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous boutique experience in luxury or fashion retail is a real plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience.
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM Monaco products to showcase the brand's story.
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up.
• Maintain boutique presentation, cleanliness and stock replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and assist with stock management and POS procedures.
