Four Seasons Recruitment Ltd is seeking a confident Luxury Host for a prestigious fashion brand in Bicester. You will welcome clients, manage flow during peak times, and help direct shoppers to the right advisors, delivering a polished, discreet level of service.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with excellent communication and presentation. This temporary role starts ASAP and pays £14.25 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality or high-end customer service.
• Confident, polished and personable with natural customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients warmly and professionally.
• Manage flow of customers into the boutique during busy periods.
• Direct clients to sales advisors and support the sales team.
• Build rapport and provide a high level of customer service throughout the visit.
• Assist with appointments, queues and client requests.
• Maintain impeccable presentation at entrance and client-facing areas.
• Offer refreshments and hospitality to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the boutique team with day-to-day tasks.
