Job summary

Tom Howley is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our premium showroom team in the UK. The successful candidate will design and sell bespoke Tom Howley kitchens, boot rooms and associated spaces, supported by a national marketing strategy to maximise earnings.

You will work alongside a Showroom Manager with a dedicated drawing office and client services teams, receiving extensive training in design, sales, IT and product knowledge. A strong design and sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales record and ability to close deals.
• Creative design flair with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CAD design software is desirable.
• Ambitious and target-driven with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through kitchen design and sales process from consultation to sign-off.
• Collaborate with showroom manager to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Consult with clients to understand lifestyle, needs, and budget in homes and showroom.
• Present and sell bespoke kitchens, boot-rooms, utilities, bedrooms, appliances and accessories.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and upsell related products.
