BHID Group’s Tom Howley Showroom in the UK is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to guide clients from initial consultation through final sign-off, delivering bespoke kitchen solutions with luxury design and personalised service.

You'll work with our showroom team, draw on CAD tools, and leverage our national marketing support to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Training and career development are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling luxury kitchens and delivering high-end design solutions.
• Strong consultative sales approach with ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the complete kitchen design and sales process.
• Consult with clients to understand lifestyle, needs, and budget in homes and showroom.
• Build relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout the process.
