Tom Howley, market leader for British bespoke kitchens, is looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our Showroom. This role combines design creativity with high-end sales in a premium showroom environment.

You will design and sell bespoke Tom Howley kitchens, boot rooms, utilities and more, backed by a national marketing strategy to support your earning potential and a dedicated support team to help you succeed in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualificações

• Strong sales ability with a consultative approach.
• Creative design flair with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CAD design software.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the complete kitchen design and sales process.
• Consult with customers to understand lifestyle, needs, and budget in home and showroom.
• Present and sell bespoke Tom Howley kitchens, boot rooms, utilities and more.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and upsell where appropriate.
