BHID is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join a Tom Howley showroom. The role combines creative kitchen design with proactive sales to deliver bespoke kitchens that meet client budgets and timelines.

You will work closely with the showroom manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will design and sell bespoke Tom Howley kitchens, benefit from a national marketing strategy, and operate from one of our luxury showrooms with

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in kitchen design preferred.
• Experience using CAD design software.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of appliances, worktops and cabinetry.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through the full kitchen design and sales process from initial consult to final sign-off.
• Build strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
• Present and sell bespoke kitchens, boot rooms, utilities and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPI’s.
• Upsell related products and services where appropriate.
• Handle objections and close sales with confidence.
• Manage client expectations from order to sign-off and complete site surveys/contracts.
