Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Business Manager for Harvey Nichols, Leeds. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants, drive luxury sales and deliver personalised service in a high-end retail environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will set targets, coach your team, and actively sell across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories while maintaining Parfums Christian Dior’s premium standards.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to manage Team Members and store operations.
• Immaculately groomed and presented; embody luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Set targets for Team Members in line with company expectations.
• Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
• Lead and coach your team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Proactively cross-sell across product categories to increase ATV and ATU.
• Educate and train Team Members on product use and history.
• Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalised products to clients, overcoming objections.
• Demonstrate products on clients and explain benefits of each product.
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter and through traffic stopping.
• Proactively manage stock levels and work with Area Manager to ensure sufficient stock.
• Grow business through events, appointments and return bookings.
• Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are complete to the best of your ability.
• Participate in merchandise management and adhere to company procedures and policies.
