Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales experience required, high-line experience preferred.
• CDK and Eleads knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with strong customer relations.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Explain buying or leasing options to customers with up-to-date product and pricing information.
• Follow up and retain customers through direct calls and events.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction scores based on surveys and external measurements.
• Maintain product knowledge through shows, education, and industry publications.
• Ensure accurate handling of all sales documentation.
• Use prospecting and follow-up systems to grow retail business.
• Keep clients informed of changes prior to delivery.
