Qualifikationen

• Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse customer base.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining strong gross profit and customer satisfaction standards.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up to generate repeat/referral business.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure an efficient sales process.
