Job summary

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a Finance Renewals Specialist in London, England. This role focuses on retaining customers by offering tailored finance solutions and guiding them into their next vehicle or finance agreement, in collaboration with sales teams to maximize renewal opportunities.

You will manage renewals, advise on trade-ins and refinancing, and ensure compliance with FCA and lender requirements while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving renewal targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the automotive industry in Finance Renewals performance.
• Sound understanding of automotive industry processes and AML risk mitigation.
• Experience in fast paced, luxury retail finance environments with customer focus.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, DMS and Microsoft packages.
• Excellent communication across face-to-face, telephone and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention by proactively managing finance and lease renewal opportunities.
• Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements to discuss next-step options.
• Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to achieve renewal targets and objectives.
• Partner with Retail Transaction Managers to craft tailored renewal solutions.
• Provide operational support and cover for Retail Transaction Managers when required.
• Advise customers on trade-in, refinancing, lease renewal and vehicle purchase options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Assess customer eligibility, credit profiles and equity positions to recommend suitable finance solutions.
• Present finance products, terms and payment options clearly and compliantly.
• Ensure all renewal activity, documentation and transactions meet FCA, lender and company compliance.

The Finance Renewals Specialist plays a key role in retaining customers by providing tailored finance solutions and guiding them seamlessly into their next vehicle or finance agreement. Working closely with the sales team, they maximise renewal opportunities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve Centre and Company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer retention by proactively managing finance and lease renewal opportunities.
• Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements to discuss next-step options.
• Work closely with the General Sales Manager to deliver finance renewal targets and objectives.
• Partner with Retail Transaction Managers to create competitive and tailored renewal solutions.
• Provide operational support and cover for Retail Transaction Managers when required.
• Advise customers on trade-in, refinancing, lease renewal and vehicle purchase options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience within the automotive industry in Finance Renewals performance
• Sound understanding of industry processes
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and mitigation of AML risk in a high value retail environment.
• A track record of performing within a fast paced, customer facing, luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge/ understanding of the motor industry and applicable regulatory environment
• Comfortable at using various CRM platforms, dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft packages.
• Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone and email/written.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Full Driving License
• Highly organise, able to identify gaps and opportunities in business performance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• SAF 3 Advance Qualification

• £38,000 base salary with the potential to earn up to 85% of your salary as an annual performance bonus.
• Fixed hours each week - No Sunday working. 5 days per week = Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm (with a day off in the week) and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
