Job summary

Caprice Holdings Ltd in London is seeking an AI / Motion Designer for a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will produce distinctive, high‑quality moving content across our luxury restaurant portfolio, turning approved concepts and brand assets into polished motion assets for campaigns, social media, and seasonal launches.

The role requires hands-on execution using AI filmmaking platforms as part of daily workflows, working under the Head of Creative and Art Director, delivering consistently

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating professional AI-generated video and motion-design work.
• Advanced, practical experience using Higgsfield or comparable AI filmmaking platforms as part of daily production.
• Strong motion-design and compositing skills, ideally using After Effects and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• A clear understanding of animation, timing, framing, lighting, camera movement and visual continuity.
• The ability to move beyond raw AI generation and deliver polished, brand-ready final assets.
• Experience working from approved creative direction, storyboards and reference materials.
• Strong visual judgement with premium fashion, hospitality or luxury-brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple brands while staying organized.
• Understanding AI limitations, production risks and quality-control requirements.
• Confidence presenting work and responding constructively to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Use platforms such as Higgsfield, Runway and other emerging AI tools to create high-quality generative video and motion assets.
• Build effective text-to-video, image-to-video and reference-led production workflows.
• Transform approved photography, campaign artwork and visual references into controlled moving sequences.
• Maintain consistency in products, environments, lighting and visual style across generated shots.
• Test and refine prompts, source imagery and generation settings to reach an approved creative outcome.
• Identify where AI generation strengthens ideas versus traditional animation for best results.
• Create reusable workflows that speed future adaptations.
