Job summary

CHANEL Harrods Care & Repair is seeking an Aftersales Specialist to welcome clients and deliver the ultimate luxury experience. You will manage repairs from initial consultation to updates, working with artisans and ateliers to provide best solutions.

The role also covers back-of-house duties, stock management, and liaison with Atelier teams to ensure timely, high-quality repairs across CHANEL’s products.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and aftersales support preferred.
• Ability to coordinate repairs with ateliers and teams.
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and teamwork to support boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand repair requests and provide solutions.
• Diagnose repair needs and determine appropriate CHANEL repair route.
• Coordinate repairs with in-house artisans, 5 Queensway Paris Atelier, and stock teams.
• Manage back-of-house administration and ensure timely repairs.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain CHANEL service standards.
