Qualifications

• Experience in luxury beauty retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage with customers and drive sales.
• Interest in luxury brands and trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe experience with premium, personalized service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling about brand heritage.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador and maintain merchandising standards.
• Stay trend-forward with makeup, skincare, and wellness trends.
• Achieve sales targets with line manager.
• Build client relationships in-store and through digital channels.
• Promote events and brand activations.
• Create engaging in-store experiences and events.
• Share brand expertise on social media per guidelines.
• Participate in training and maintain product knowledge.
• Complete administrative tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.
• Maintain counter hygiene and organization.
