L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to elevate the customer experience and embody premium brand standards in-store. You will deliver a luxury One Luxe experience, share detailed product stories, and stay ahead of trends to tailor recommendations.

As a brand ambassador, you will drive sales, build relationships, and promote in-store events and activations, both offline and online. You will work to maintain counter standards, participate in training, and support merchandising,

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or luxury cosmetics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe Experience with premium, personalized service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling for heritage brands.
• Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with high standards of service and merchandising.
• Stay ahead of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to recommend tailored solutions.
• Hit individual and counter sales targets as directed.
• Build authentic client relationships in-store and online.
