Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Support to exceed retail targets and KPIs with growth plans.
• Coach and develop staff, monitor performance and provide timely feedback.
• Uphold brand standards and luxury counter presentation and hygiene.
• Coordinate stock, events, and in-store activations to drive sales.
