Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Spa Therapist for a luxury countryside setting in Ascot. The role offers a salary of 27,560 to 29,810 GBP plus up to 5,000 GBP service charge and access to world-class learning and development opportunities.

You will deliver a range of spa treatments, including massage and Deep Tissue Massage, welcome guests, provide aftercare advice and maintain high hygiene standards. The job also includes on-property perks, complimentary stays, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a range of spa treatments.
• Strong massage skills, with Deep Tissue focus.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Warm, professional, guest-focused approach.
• Confidence recommending products and providing home-care advice.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and shift patterns.
• Positive team attitude and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
• Welcoming guests, completing consultations and understanding their treatment needs.
• Providing professional aftercare advice and recommending suitable products.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across treatment areas.
• Preparing treatment rooms before appointments and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard.
• Building strong relationships with guests while respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
• Supporting retail sales through confident product recommendations.
• Working closely with the wider spa team and reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Attending training and keeping up to date with treatments, products and departmental standards.
• Supporting other spa duties when required.
