Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver personalised massage treatments that support the wellbeing of our members and guests, within the club’s serene wellness facilities.

Work with the spa and wellness team to uphold service excellence, promote holistic health, and create a calm, discreet guest experience. The role requires up to 2 years’ experience in a luxury venue and NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy, with Level 4 Deep Tissue Massage desirable for advanced treatments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality setting.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Massage Therapy, with Level 4 Deep Tissue Massage desirable for advanced treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage treatments to the relevant standard.
• Conduct detailed consultations prior to treatment to understand medical history, preferences, and desired outcomes.
• Create a calming and professional treatment environment, ensuring consistent comfort, cleanliness, and discretion.
• Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend relevant wellness or skincare products.
• Maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with club standards and health regulations.
• Manage schedules professionally and ensure treatments start and finish on time.
• Uphold the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms, equipment, and product usage.
• Work collaboratively with other spa team members to maintain a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry techniques and treatments to continually enhance the wellness offering.
