Job summary

Windyhall Care Home Ltd in Ayr is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment and support laundry services. The role involves cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard of hygiene and presentation, and assisting with laundry duties including washing, drying and ironing.

You will work 22 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with PVG check, pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks’ annual leave.

Qualifications

• Able to clean rooms, bathrooms and communal areas to high hygiene standards.
• Able to support laundry duties including washing, drying and ironing.
• Follows infection control and health and safety procedures.
