Estelle Manor is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain the high standards of the estate, with four on/four off shifts that include days and nights. You will work with other engineers to limit equipment breakdowns and ensure the premises stay in immaculate condition and fully functional.

You should bring practical maintenance experience in hospitality or luxury facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while staying detail‑oriented and a proactive team player.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance support within hospitality or luxury facilities.
• Practical DIY and general repair skills.
• Excellent communication to explain complex requirements to diverse colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide maintenance support to Estelle Manor to uphold high standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to minimize breakdowns.
• Work with engineers and report to Chief Engineer.
• Keep premises immaculate and functional at all times.
• Work a four-on-four-off shift pattern including days and nights.
