Soho House in London is seeking a Receptionist to deliver seamless front-of-house service and support day-to-day club operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting a tone of discretion, efficiency, and elegance.

With 2–3 years’ front desk experience in luxury settings, you’ll excel in leadership, communication, and handling high-volume inquiries across reservations and guest services. A welcoming, professional presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a front desk role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Open Table, or equivalent).
• Calm under pressure and guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every member is welcomed by name (if local) and guest is welcomed with open arms.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and calls for reservations, inquiries, and deliveries.
• Knowledgeable on menus, hours, and amenity pricing.
• Maintain a clean, safe reception area and coat check.
• Perform Guest List duties on the floor, club, or Rooftop.
• Support and problem-solve to address guest concerns and action items.
