Job summary

Fusion Utilities Hire in Luton is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and develop a 20+ person team, ensure exceptional customer service, and take full P&L responsibility while driving sales and delivery performance.

You will maintain health and safety standards, manage a 6000-item hire fleet, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; the role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive package including bonus and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a branch or field service setting.
• Strong focus on customer service and sales outcomes.
• Experience with P&L management and cost control.
• Familiarity with fleet or equipment rental operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a team of 20+ in our branch.
• Offer excellent customer service with a focus on sales with full P&L responsibility
• Maintain health and safety legislation
• Build strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and manage 6000 items of hire fleet
• Experience of managing and leading teams
• A process driven approach
• Experience of Merchanting or equipment hire would be a massive advantage
• A focus on sales, delivery and equipment availability
