Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Lung Cancer Screening Navigator to coordinate administrative processes and patient pathways within the TLHC programme in Lincoln. The role supports timely diagnosis and multidisciplinary collaboration across cancer services.

You will manage data, documentation and communications with patients and clinicians, contributing to national standards and performance reporting. The post is full-time with a two-year fixed term.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience in an administrative or healthcare setting.
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Training in cancer services, screening programmes or health administration

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Lung Cancer Screening Programme.
• Coordinate patients through the screening and diagnostic journey.
• Prepare documentation, record outcomes and maintain effective communication across services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and programme datasets; support data collection and reporting.
• Support MDT meetings and multi-agency collaboration to ensure smooth patient progression
