Job summary

Oasis Academy Short Heath in Birmingham is inviting applications for Lunchtime Supervisor positions. We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to support pupils during lunch and play, helping maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

Two part-time shifts available: 1 hour per day and 1 hour 30 minutes per day. You will work with our dedicated team to supervise pupils, promote respectful behaviour, and assist with wellbeing and dining hall order.

• Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
• Uphold the Academy’s Positive Behaviour Policy.

Lunchtime Supervisor x 2 (1 vacancy for 1 hour per day / 1 vacancy for 1 hour 30 mins per day)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Oasis Academy Short Heath You will play a vital role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, inclusive, and positive lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Encourage respectful behaviour and inclusive play.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
• Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
