Job summary

Oasis Academy Short Heath is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunch and play, helping ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive lunchtime environment.

You will work part-time, with emphasis on supervising safety, encouraging respectful behaviour, and assisting with pupils’ social and emotional development. The role offers Pay Scale 3-5 and benefits through Oasis Community Learning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

• Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
• Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
• Uphold the Academy’s Positive Behaviour Policy.

Lunchtime Supervisor x 2 (1 vacancy for 1 hour per day / 1 vacancy for 1 hour 30 mins per day)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Oasis Academy Short Heath You will play a vital role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, inclusive, and positive lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
2. Encourage respectful behaviour and inclusive play.
3. Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
5. Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
