Job summary

Educators seeks a Temporary Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant for Blaendulais Primary School in Wales. The role covers lunch-time supervision in dining hall, playground and classrooms, ensuring safety and good conduct during the break.

The post runs 5 hours per week during term time, with start as soon as checks are completed and until 31 August 2027. An Enhanced DBS check is required and Welsh applications are welcome.

Temporary Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

Monday - Friday 12:20-13:20

To commence as soon as possible upon the completion of the relevant checks until the 31.08.2027.

The governing body, staff and pupils at Blaendulais Primary School wish to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to be responsible individually, and as members of a team, during the school's lunchtime break, for securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the School / Local Authority.

Your duties will comprise of the supervision of children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms (during wet weather).

You will have good communication skills: and enjoy listening and talking to children; assisting children with their lunch; and engaging them in playground and indoor games, in a happy, caring and nurturing school.
