Job summary

Hunloke Park Primary School is seeking two Midday Supervisors to join our team at lunchtimes. The posts are term-time only, 11:55 am to 1:05 pm, permanent, starting 1st September 2026. Applicants should be caring, flexible and able to manage behaviour effectively with children during lunch. The school offers a supportive environment within Redhill Academy Trust.

The salary is on Redhill Trust scale Band 5, with the actual annual pay around £25,218.62 FTE, paid pro rata for hours worked.

Qualifications

• Experience in good behaviour management.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils at lunchtime from 11:55 am to 1:05 pm.
• Provide a high quality play experience for all children during lunch.
• Communicate effectively with both adults and young children.
• Work as part of a team to support a calm and efficient lunchtime environment.
