Job summary

The Phoenix Collegiate is seeking a reliable midday supervisor to provide a visible presence in the lunchtime period.

You will work under the midday supervisor team, supervise students, support welfare, and help maintain high standards of behaviour. The role requires patience, calm communication with young people, and the ability to handle challenging situations in a busy school environment. An enhanced DBS will be required before commencement.

Qualifications

• Patient and calm, able to communicate effectively with young people.
• Willing and able to deal appropriately with challenging behaviours.
• Adherence to safeguarding requirements and school policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly visible lunchtime presence around the school.
• Supervise students and attend to student welfare.
• Support discipline and standards of behaviour; liaise with pastoral team.
