Job summary

Phoenix Collegiate is seeking a motivated lunchtime supervisor to provide a highly visible presence during the school’s lunchtime period. You will work under the guidance of the senior midday supervisor and alongside the midday team, supervising students and attending to welfare, while helping maintain discipline.

The role requires patience and clear communication with young people, and a willingness to address challenging behaviours as part of a supportive pastoral team environment.

Qualifications

• Patient and calm; able to communicate effectively with young people.
• Willing to deal with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students around school during lunchtime and attend to student welfare.
• Maintain discipline and standards of behaviour.
• Interact with the pastoral team as required.
