Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking a friendly lunchtime supervisor at Earlsdon Primary School, Coventry. You will help supervise pupils during lunch, create safe play opportunities, and promote positive behaviour in line with school values.

The role requires enthusiasm for working with children, calm and approachable manners, and a willingness to undertake First Aid training if not already qualified. The post is part time and term-time.Visits welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and be reliable.
• First Aid trained or willing to complete training.
• Calm, approachable and able to supervise pupils.
• Right to Work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of children during lunchtime.
• Create play opportunities and engage all children in play.
• Administer first aid (training provided).
• Assist pupils with eating skills.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and set up equipment.
